How can I find out the payload information on an M2000A robot with an S4C plus controller? I keep getting these 50141 and 50204 errors. Nothing is bound up or moving odd. I also tried slowing down the motion speeds. The only other thing I know to do is to verify that the payload information has even been entered or that it is correct.

The load for the end effector is in the tooldata. If you are picking up parts, that should be in the loaddata and the Gripload instruction should be used to tell the robot that it is carrying an additional load. Often neglected is the Armload, which is anything mounted onto the robot arm itself. This will be in your system parameters, MOC.cfg.
