I am trying to set up a robot with 4 groups. group 1 is the robot group 2-4 are auxiliary axis which drive a indexing table with a trunion on each side. The motors for group 2-4 were unplugged for shipping and now I need to remaster them. The problem I'm having is a few seconds after I hold the deadman switch in, group 2-4 move without any command to do so then the robot gives a SRVO-023 Stop error excess alarm.
At the same time the robot is giving a "pulse coder mismatch" from group 2 3 and 4 of course as the pulse coder had been unplugged during shipping.
I suspect the connections got mixed up for group 2-4 when reconnecting .Would this makes sense? If so does anyone know what the labels m2l,m2m,m3l,m3m mean? they are on the motors pulse/brake and power connecting cables.
Has anyone seen something like this before?
Thanks
