please tell exactly what you want to do, that i can help you.
what do you mean with "latch an output with the ladder" ? -
The ladder does not have a latch instruction. Instead you seal the circuit. The example below has when address 50640 goes high and address 20035 is low address 30035 turns on. This output's address seals around address 50640. This output will stay high until 20035 goes high to break the seal.

AND-NOT #20035
OUT #30035 -
On nx100 it seems that I dont have the option to set a sub master job that I can call but instead I want to modify the generic master job call line to only do this when the button is pressed for.more than 2 seconds (this I did.with tmr instructuon) but for the same button if it's pressed once I want it to set the value on a input to high that I will later use to.condition if a certain part of the program is skipped or repeated with the jump instruction but the thing is to have 1 signal stay high. I will test the seal circuit ideea when I get to the robot

Perfect. You could have your external input address turn on the universal input address. The universal input would seal around the external input. An output from the robot job could break the seal.

Works like a charm, I even made the light to stay on or flash every second (with timers) according to what sequence is selected. thanks for the help
