I have E01 controller. I set six external axes. I set the dual drive on the eleventh and twelfth axes. But I have w1000 error (on twelf axes) when i try to move robot in BASE or TOOL (in JOINT moving without error w1000). Note: I can move without error w1000 in BASE or TOOL if I delete dual drive.
How dual drive influence on appear error w1000?

You have an RA006L with 6 external axes........Nice....never come across a setup like that before.....
The error code W1000:
Cannot move along straight line JtXX in this configuration.I don't know specifically where it is but, I believe with external axis, you can select/deselect cooperative modes for the external axis to sync with linear motions (BASE/TOOL directions) or set them as individual joints only.
I would be looking in this area to make sure the external axis are configured as required.
