We have a MIG welding robotic cell with 2-Motoman EA1900N manipulator controlled by NX100 controller and also have a trunion on either side making Station-1 and Station-2.
My problem is when operator tries to restart cycle after intrrupting it by breaking a light curtain, some times robots behave wierdly. All they do is they go back to home position and come back to workpiece and shmash themselves right on jig or a part.
This thing is not happening everytime light curtain be broke. But whenever this happened light curtain is always broken by operator in between a cycle in order to fix parts. Here Robot-1 acts as a master and Robot-2 is a slave and Robot-1 has a control on trunion. Every time Robot-2 got collide on workpice or jig. In currunt job we are not using any cordinated motion however we are using PSTART and TSYNC to control the operation of both robots.
