Can any one give me a brief on soldering, what type of soldering guns are used with robots. any brands in specific.

i seriously don't think this is the problem with the robot, because if the point where it is going and hitting is not teached then robot wont go there. i seriously think that is the problem with PLC program. but, please check all thought points of the robot. check where it is jumping,delete unnecessary programs

You can use NOTEPAD,but it will be in structured text format. If you want to edit in Ladder format you must have Ladder editor,this software you have to buy from YASKAWA. it comes with a hardware key. This software doesn't cost you much.but,it will be useful if you really want to edit ladder logics.
what protection robot is to be used for thermal spray application? will the normal robot work with a protection jacket..?

Try using the input 20030, because 20025 is not linked with universal input. From 20030 universal inputs are linked with external inputs.
