You said the book said to check the TP cable, boards, etc. Did you try swapping any of the components like the TP or TP cable(personally wouldn't attempt any board swaps) with a known good robot?
The robot is brand new and came with Spot Tool already loaded on it. Was there any other software or options that needed to be loaded onto it after receiving it? I don't know how it works in India, but in the US you normally(at least in my experience) receive your robot one of 2 ways. Option#1, you get it fully loaded from Fanuc with all your options installed and ready to go, or option#2 you get a robot with no options installed. For option#2 your robot comes with a USB drive that you use to load your options onto the robot, a process the usually takes less than an hour. Selecting option#1 means paying Fanuc $500 to do this rather simple task for you. Normally loading the software options yourself is any easy way to save $500, but if you have anything like Aux Axis, additional motion groups, etc. they can be tricky to setup correctly and can cause all kinds of problems if they aren't. Seeing as your robot is brand new I am just wondering if something to do with loading or setting up the robot software is your issue.

I would also check the fuses, especially on the Emergency Stop Board.
