So we have one robot that sometimes gives a CNET error with board 1. The usual solution is to go into the I/O menu and set board1 to offline which is what it should always be. Today it is stuck in error, I can't change it to offline or online or anything, there does not appear to be any damage to the TP cable on visual inspection and we don't have a spare cable to test with if it's an internal thing. Any ideas?

Figured it out. Duplicate MAC ID.

Lol, thanks past me. It happened again. In case future me needs more specific steps:
Press the F-key that says DETAIL (you might need to press next to find it) on the board that has the error
Go to MAC-ID and change it by 1 number
Cycle Power
Set the board Offline as normal
