How to Set ACC Limit in Fanuc M900/30iA Robot

    I want to Put ACC Limit in Fanuc M900/30iA Robot as my Handling tool 7'th axis arm s too long & if someone exceed ACC Limit then SERVO-046 Alarm occured problem.

  • Also I want to say that this ACC motion option should not normally have to be included in your position instructions, your moves.


    Is your robot's Payload(s) schedule(s) set accurately?
    Are the cooling fans in the Controller cabinet working, and providing good cooling air flow?
    Do your discharge resistors show the correct resistance readings? (Usually 9 ohms or 16 ohms for the R-30iA controller)
