I am trying to map new ET device (ET200SP) to the robot network. When I deploy the new project from WorkVisual (4.0.21_Build0126) everything looks fine, PLC (SPS) establish communication with ET. But a few second later the error KSS01466 show. Messages with this error overwhelm the cache memory of the Robot. When I was looking for some information about this error I found that it may be caused by variable for data consistency $Data_Integrity. I also found how this error could be solved. The procedure is:

- Open the file $Option.dat in the directory C:\KRC\Roboter\KRC\Steu\Mada\$Option.dat and set the value to true.
- Open the file iosys.ini in the directory C:\KRC\Roboter\INIT\IOSys.ini.
- Set the variable $DATA_INTEGRITY to the value OUTW.

So I think this could help. But when I open $Option.dat file the variable $DATA_INTEGRITY was not there. So I wrote it there. But when I saved file the whole robot just fall down. After start a few second later, the file was in the state before my intervention. Another problem is that there I don not have INIT directory in the directory C:\KRC\Roboter. The robot controller is KRC4 - 8.2.19. May I ask you if you have any experience with this error and know how to fix it?
