Hi all,
I'm currently working with an M20ia robot, R-30ia controller. It was from an old production cell but I am now repurposing it for an R&D project.
The problem I am having is as soon as I run a program, whether in auto T1 or T2, it simulates all digital outputs. They will go back to unsimulated state when the program finishes or stops. While a program is running, I can not go to an individual output to unsimulate it but if I go to function>unsimulate all IO it will allow it. The DIO is configured through ethernet/IP.
Is there a system variable that needs to be changed? I've gone through all the menus and didn't see anything. My next resort is to order a reburn from Fanuc and wipe the controller back to factory settings...
