Good morning,
Right i have an IRC5 DSQC639 motherboard unit , the units status LED is quickly flashing (faster than its normal boot) with a dim led.
My pendant will not connect to the motherboard and will not load the software.
Any help on this issue would be great thank you.

Verify the incoming 24VDC is good. If the 24V is good, try disconnecting much of the front connections and see if the LED is still dim. If so, then the power supply section of the motherboard is usually bad. You'll have to replace the DSQC639 and/or have it repaired. Replacement is easy - remove CF card, disconnect the DSQC639, remove it, install replacement, reconnect cables and install CF card. Controller should power up normal without error. If you have other controllers with DSQC639, you may want to try the unit in another controller before pronouncing it bad.
If the LED brightens after removing a certain connection, then check that cable and what it connects to.
