What is your payload setting?
It looks like you might be using a Spot instruction for your tip dress. Which pressure schedule is being called for ?

The pressure schedule can be viewed in the Data window. They always specify a pushing depth within their detail.
Possibly your pushing depth is too small.
I would compare the pushing depth to that of similar robots that are not faulting during tip dress.
And, yes, it also looks like you may have some payload setting issues.
And I should have mentioned that none of that will matter for a gun that is not mastered accurately, new caps just barely touching each other at 0.0mm
