Hello all. i would like to know what is the smalest diameter circle you can do withFormcut function and having nice shape. also if someone knows for other shapes. what is the annotation during the plasma cutiing process? of course i can understand that it depends also from powersource and robot but in the ideal world what is the best that we can achieve?

The smallest hole I have ever cut with a Formcut File is 3/8 diameter. This is on 3/16" and 1/4" thick square tubes though, at 80 amps. It took some tuning with the cut speed to make it uniform. We have our gas pressures preset too, I can't think off hand what all our pressures are. Our cell has two HP20-6 robots with Hypertherm HPR130 power sources.
