UP6, XRC, Servo Tracking Error

I got my 24V and the I/O sorted, now i have a servo tracking error, on one of the axis. it is on Z (the second axis from the floor)

i plugged in another up6 manipulator and it works, so it isn't the XRC control that is at fault here. it must be the motor, encoder, cables or a stuck brake or something. any suggestions?

Hey, thanks for your reply on this. I didn't see it until just now - maybe need to setup my email settings better to be notified.

I did aquire a replacement motor for that manipulator, but have not been able to get to working on it. Right now my project requires that I get one of the robots up and doing its job / machine tending application.

i'll get back on that other manipulator asap and will report about what happened.
