Hello. I have a dual arm r30ia system with 2 axis arc positioner. Each robot has 2 Fronious Power supplies running a twin wire weld torch. The plc sends a single signal to the robot controller to turn on feed and gas. I have manual control of gas and wire feed from a local plc communicating over ethernet IP, however only a single wire feeder will feed and only one gas valve will come on . I cannot find any mapping internally on the robot system in bglogic or interconnect mappings. There must be some arctool settings that assign welder IO that I cannot seem to find. I need the the plc signal to on the dual gas and wire feeders on each set of EQ1 and EQ2. We have identical systems in place already, but I cannot find the proper mappings.
Also, when I sim an output to the plc over ethernet IP to the plc, I do not see it change state in the PLC. However, unsim IO seems to work just fine. Is there a setting where you must enable external outputs to allow simulation? Thanks
