Hello guys,
I've passed all day long trying to speed couple of points in my program.
First was set movj speed to 100%, after that I've tried to speed up the R axis.
I've tried to speed up R axis in "SETUP" => "SET SPEED" and changed the value from 12,5 to 50% and even with those changes had no significant results.
Anyone have a hint what could I do to speed it up?
The movement that I want to speed up is consisted manly of movement in axis R and T.
The intereseting thing is, when robot moves to the oposite side, with practicly the same movement. it moves pretty fast.

Make sure you entered the correct tool data !!
(weight, Xg, Yg, Zg... )
If you are not sure, type 0.001 for Xg, Yg, Zg, everything is better than 0. -
The SETUP - SET SPEED will only change your default 8 speed choices when you use SHIFT and up arrow or down arrow to change to one of your default 8 speeds. Your best VJ speed will be 100% and will be attained only when you have the correct TCP and tool weight.

Thank you guys.
About the weight, I've done it automatically on the robot.
But I'll check about what has been inserted. In the SETUP => SET SPEED I've changed the values by inserting the values numerically.
I'll check those things tomorrow and send you if some of those things worked.
Thank you once more

If you are not sure, type 0.001 for Xg, Yg, Zg, everything is better than 0.Looks like the problem was with tool data. The robot has been programmed with the same tool data when it is just with the tool and when it is with the part on the tool. The difference was about 40kg.
Thanky you once more.
Sorry for the late feed back.
