Hello
I want to migrate the welders and feeders from a pair of ERC K6SB to MRC UP6. This will save me the trouble of installing a pair of transformers and associated switch gear. The ERC have the EW02 board, and the MRC has a MEW02 board. From the pinouts I see that they have similar but not exact signals, (old has separate voltage and current outputs, newer has arc on and analog signal). Does anyone have a schematic or other directions to do this? The welders are Hobart RV650's. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I'm confused. The UP6 is an XRC robot not MRC. Are you connecting to an MRC or XRC?
It would be best if you bought the correct "weldco" cable from Yaskawa (Motoman). The ERC EW02 card had no wire reverse and gas purge (these were connected to digital outputs separately) so there is no wire in the ERC wledco cable for these functions. As well, the pin-out between the EW02 and other analog cards is very different.

My mistake. ERC K6SB to MRC SK6.
