You can do it by your own. As hermann suggested, please check the maintenance manual for details.

Thank you. i found the two maintenance manual. one is maintenance manual and second is Open Air maintenance manual .
could you tell me what is different between these both manual ?
i think both is different controller ? am i right? -
One is just for the Open Air controller. Check the manuals, it is described which controllers or mechanical units are covered. There is also an operators manual for the mechanical unit containing information about maintenance.

Is the mount angle correctly set? Check the payload settings and if the robot ist properly mounted on the wall (flatness of the surface, loose bolts, etc.).
Is it only when jogging the robot? Is there a difference when jogging in cartesian or only J1? Is there also vibration when running a program?

For mounting angle u can see the the attchment picture. The position of robot in picture is near standard Transportation position.
- Payload i have identified one more time.
- yes robot is mounted on perfect surface.
-Robot is new. I just mounted on wall. And simple trying to check with jogg. If there is no vibration then I will upload my program and will run program.
- J1 is vibrating not from beginning but only after rotating 90 degree in both directions.
If you know the important steps need to carried out for new robot please describe also.
