Hello I have a LR mate 200ic that keeps giving me a SRVO342 error and will not allow me to jog the robot. The history with this robot is the batteries in the base went dead and it lost its pulse code positioning. I remastered it to its original factory settings and now I have the error. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Remedy: Check the program or operation."Check DCS setup

When you remaster, DCS will notice and you have to update the DCS settings with the new master counts. Otherwise DCS will not allow you to move the robot.
-
After mastering you will need to confirm the DCS settings and restart the robot.
Press menu then 0(next page) then 6(system).
Press F1 and select DCS.
On the main page the robot mastering field will be highlighted yellow (changed) you will need to OK the "change"
the pass code is 1111, verify it and restart the robot
