Does anyone know when a robot should be fine calibrated?
I have a problem with the axes 3 encoder value of a m98 irb 6400 robot.
The encoder values are shifting while robot is moving.
When I synchronize axis the values are all zero when the stripes on the plates are lined up.
After some movements I bring all axis back to zero position, value of axis 3 is off by 1.5 degrees.
After I fine calibrated axis 3 everything seams to be allright.
