We are having 2 1600ID robots with 3 external axis in welding cell. Sometime suddenly the teach pendant gets hanged & robot stops in between welding & robot stops & gives error as "In synchronous mode". We are not able to remove the external axis synchronous mode.
So we do P start & load backup but not done so taken all to zero & done I start & load backup trial ok
But we need cause of such problems & also how to handle such situation instead of doing I start.
