This.
It is a UOP signal. Just a tip since you are new to Fanuc, using a PLC to control UOP I/O (and other process I/O) will make your life a hell of a lot easier. IMO

Thanks guys
i some how managed to inactivate the "UI" signals , but now pendent is showing off fault error "MCTL-003 SYSTEM IS IN ERROR STATUS"
what to do -
That is a motor control error. Somewhere in the system one or more conditions required for movement aren't met.
How exactly did you disable the UI? Some of the UI signals are Normally Closed (held ON), if they happen to be mapped to a physical node and are not supplied with voltage, the system will be in error status.
and I'm assuming you tried fault reset / rebooting the system?

Initially the" fault" and "hold" were showing error(red color) and error flashing on top of pendent screen was MCTL-O13 ENBL INPUT is off
then i unassigned the UI signals by just deleting the RACK and SLOT numbers
now the "hold" has turned green and" fault" is still red and error flashing is MCTL-003 system is in error status..

You unassigned the UOPs, but did you disable them? If you didn't disable them, that could be your problem.

There is a system parameter somewhere in the system setup.
Something like UOP enable : TRUE / FALSE (set to FALSE)
or maybe UOP disable : (set to TRUE, of course)
and remember you have to do a cold boot for some parameter changes, this being one of them. (controller will probably tell you this anyway).
