I can ping the service port 192.168.125.1 but robotstudio say no robot on service port using One Click connect.
Any advice?

Use these setting for direct service port connection:
IRC5 Settings:
IP address 192.168.125.2
Subnet mask 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway 192.168.125.1
I have not had any issues in Studio using these numbers.

Something I've sometimes had to do is go to the "Add Controller" button, and manually type the 192.168.125.1 into the "Remote Controller" field. This usually finds it.
If that doesn't work though, I've found that I can encourage a robot to "wake up" by first connecting with an ftp client like filezilla, and then the connection will open in RobotStudio.

I'm having the same type of issue. We have multiple irc5 controllers that I can get online with RobotStudio with no issues.
I have one controller that I can't communicate with at all. I keep getting the error that pops up saying "Please make sure your computer is connected to the controller's service port.
I've connected to this controller in the past (not recently though).
It is not on any network. Just trying to connect directly to the controller with my laptop. -
I ran into the same issue. Try loading robot studio on windows XP. Make sure it is the right version which you can find in the backup under system file. <UsedMedia>
