I have an application, where i need to pick a component from bin and want to place in some high accuracy area.
Even there is a deflection in 60 microns robot cant able to place component properly. while picking component because of some deflection,currently robot getting collision error while placing component.
My idea is to monitor robot collision values ,if it's exceeds pre-defined values robot should stop placing and return back to home position.
For EX: Robot moves from Point A to B if there is any interference between Point A and B robot should stop moving towards B and should start move towards A.
Is it possible to do in KAWASAKI E-series controller??
