So I was gone last week for a few days and a coworker decided to mess with the mount on A3 for the sewer tube. He fully extended A2/A3 with both at their respective mechanical stops so he could reach it and then shut down power (annoying in itself as he knows our mastering position cannot be stored currently and it's always supposed to be in home before shutdown). It's been sitting that way until I came back today. I attempted to move it back to mastering position and no matter which axis I move or the speed I have set the entire robot sort of jolts and shakes for a second like it's hitting a mechanical stop and then Stop messages "Gear torque exceeded A2/A4/A5" and "Quit monitoring actual velocity A4". As I said, I've tried moving each axis individually and they all cause the same response. Any ideas? Everything worked fine up to this point.
RDW board, axis cables connected backwards... Why if it was fine would you try and swap that? Do they make signs I can hang around that say something to the effect of if you don't know, don't touch?
