1. move the robot to it's calibration position. This is usually zero on all 6 axes.
2. Validate that the six notches are all lined up.
3. on your teach pendant do the following.
1. ABB Button
2. Calibration
3. Select Robot
4. Update Rev Counters
5. Follow the menu through to completion.

It won't execute any movements until the robot revolution counters are updated. You will have to manually jog the robot to the calibration marks.
Also note that when you pull in the enabling device, a message will pop up telling you that you cannot move in linear motion, only joint movement. Leave the enabling device pulled in, and acknowledge the message, and you will see that you can still move the robot.
