I'm facing problems in managing the right rotation of the robot head during paletizing process. I'm not expert with Kawasaki (I only used ABB and KUKA past years). I was able to create a frame and a point referred to that frame, but if I want the robot to move 180° in a way I'm still not able to 'dominate' the robot to make it rotate the direction I want. One possible solution could be to a certain point during paletizing t0 the absolute position of axis, then add (or subtract) 180° and then move to that new absolute point. At the moment it moves as I want because I use + or - 179° to determinate the direction as the robot follows the shortest path.
What is the best way to do it with a Kawasaki?
