If i decrease the speed of the robot by the speed increment/decrement buttons on the TP (+%/-%), will the robot then follow
exactly the same path as when the speed is at 100% speed with these buttons.
The aim is to sure of my path when testing and in normal (100%) operation.
Path when using speed override buttons on TP

Ok,
But my robot does not have the 'constant path' option, or I do not see it in the installed options list.

In all my cells Constant Path is installed.
I'm guessing it is part of ArcTool...
Without this option there is no guarantee robot will move on the same path with different speeds.

If your robot is older that RJ3iB, and / or does not have constant path, than the answer is likely no. The amount of deviation, is dependent upon the robot model / controller type, programmed speed, and what your jog speed is. Its also dependent upon your perspective as far as what you consider deviation. Are you talking about inches? or Fractions of a millimeter.
