For some reason I keep getting these errors since the software install.
1 SRVO-105 Door open or E.Stop (There is no switch on the door that I can find)
2 SYST-046 Control Reliable/CE Mark co (no idea what this is)
3 I keep getting a message telling me to cycle power if I want to recover.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.
Installed Handling tool on rj3 controller now I have errors

Does your controller has a T1-T2-Auto key ?
Not sure if it's the first R.I.A version (that use CE Mark) and could explain missing signal from Door Open (just guessing).Have you install the original software ?
-
Door open or stop - its a generic error message boils down to the robot can't figure what's going on. Try checking your configuration, meaning robot type and any external axis setup.
-
Robot does have the t1 t2 key and no external axis. Where do I configure robot type?
-
Robot used to have spot tool and we bought handling tool from Fanuc.
-
Go into controlled start. Once in controlled start hit menu the select #9 for maintenance. See if robot type is same a physical robot.
-
That is also the same place you can rerun the robot library.
-
If that don't work when robot is at regular start. Clear out alarm log, cold start robot (press shift and reset at same time while cycling power to force cold start) Read entire alarm log when power comes up, look for any odd massages for missing boards or license issues. Still have problems - state your controller version on here.
-
RJ3 controller
don't seem to have any error messages in the alarm history pertaining to any missing boards or functions etc.
How do I do the controlled start? -
Not sure why most of the pictures got rotated.
-
Hold down prev and next keys while cycling power. Wait till third line starts filling with dots and let go of keys.
-
If I remember correctly, the only questions asked during software instillation was if I had a standard wrist or an insulated one, I wasn't sure so I chose standard.
-
You may have to try reloading Handlingtools again. One thing to try is when in controlled start and in Maintenance (menu 9) highlight robot type and hit auto (F3 key or F4 key).
-
I don't have a number 9
-
According to pictures you are in regular start and not in controlled start. Hold down prev and next key and cycle power, keep holding both keys until 3rd line of dots finish and let go of keys.
-
I may try to do as you suggest and reload the software, What is the correct procedure for loading the software? I started from the bmon (hold f1&f5 and power on) is this right? I think from there I did a controller restore?
-
You are correct until the point you said controller restore. Select load software instead.
-
sent the wrong pictures, here is the one that was supposed to send
-
You are in controlled start then, hit menu then select maintenance.
-
To correct what I said earlier when in bmon to reload software select All Software Install.
