I have a dispense robot dispensing onto a part held on a 2 position rotating table. The operator loads/unloads on one side while the robot dispenses urethane onto the part held on the other side. The parts are identical each time, however the position of the tooling on a-side of the table is not the same as the position of the tooling on the b-side. This means that we have a different seal program for each side. when you allow for different models etc it translates into 68 seal programs.
What I want to do is program a-side and then off-set my user frame for b-side. If I can accomplish this it will reduce my seal programs to 32.
How do I achieve this?
