Hi,
I have a KRC4 smallsize controller (KSS8.3), I measure the X301, is 27V , but the drawing said it is 24V
would any one like to tell me your X301's voltage it is?

Hi,
KUKA internal Voltage is always 27V.
The simple reason ist the charging voltage from the accumulators should be higher then 24V.
Most devices rated for "24VDC" accept voltage ranges from 21VDC to 29VDC.
I have NEVER commissioned a machine that has less than 25VDC on all +24VDC busses. I usually set my PSUs to ~27VDC. This is because of voltage drop incurred over the length of the cables.
