We have a new project: controlling four Motorman robots, one as master the others as slaves. The Motoman is a DX100.
We have added the Generic EtherNet card to the CompactLogix project-tree.
What we now need to know, I think, is when we need to turn on a Motoman bit/input/output/function/whatever what CompactLogix bit do we turn on? How do we "map" CompactLogix I/O to Motoman I/O?
The other thing we need to know is how to control four robots when out EtherNet cable is connected to only one.
