Communication between Keyence Vision and ABB IRC5

    I know there is an ABB comm interface for connecting Cognex to IRC5 and it can work as an add-in on RobotStudio. I wonder if there is a similar interface for connecting Keyence to IRC5. I have a CV-X172 camera controller from Keyence that I want to connect to IRC5 and do some machine vision applications.

    Have anyone tried this before? The IRC5 has PC interface installed already. Thanks.

    I execute some project with IRC5 and cognex insight camera throw the Ethernet port with socket massaging
    I think you can use from socket massaging for communicate with any camera.
    I am using halcon software with this way for irc5

    I know Cognex has a fully develop module to make this ABB interface work. But we only have a Keyence CV-X series here that we are trying to make it work.

    I know I can use the PC interface/Socket messaging option and trying to write the code in C#. I just dont know how I can make this work without a PC involved as a middleware. The camera I have here is not a smart camera so that it has to talk to a separate Keyence vision controller.

    People made this work for Staubli without the PC so I was just wondering how I can make this work for ABB.
