I can talk to maintenance team. They said an IC in Axis controller burned suddenly and their changed it and after that this hanging problem happens. The IC number is TDG2107P. As I wrote before robot now can move when you are in manual joint mode but hanging when you select a program to run it.
Any idea?
Sounds to me that your robot is possibly not calibrated and will not move in world. Is there an error associated with this non movement in auto?
I asked them. They done zeroing after repairing the board. Now robot can move in joint and cartesian mode but hangs when select the program to move in automatic mode.
The problem solved. My colleagues reinstall the total robot backups that they backup before from system. Also they said there was a bad PCB track under the IC that replaced and they modified it.
