Hello everyone,
I have a small problem that I hope someone here has seen before. I'm have a Kuka KRC4 controller, KR 16-2 robot and a KPF1-V500 V3 positioner for deburring parts. I wrote the program in the submit interpreter for the table.
So, far everything is working very well, but I noticed when the positioner rotates into position it takes about 10 seconds for the brake to engage before I can open/close the chucks to change the parts out. This waiting time is very annoying. Is there a way I can speed up the time it takes the brake engage? There has to be something in the machine.dat file that has the delay setting but I can't seem to find it.
Has anyone came across this problem before?
