How can i open/close hand in TP program in roboguide? TP program, not simulation program.

Just call the sim program from your tp program.

It won't show up if you just walk through the program on the teach pendant. You have to actually run the sim. That seems to be the only time when roboguide will animate the gripper.

Make sure to check the Collect Profile Data box on the simulation Run Panel to enable the simulation programs.

Hi.
This is simulation. But i'm trying to configure close/open hand in TP program. When i'm trying to call OPEN or CLOSE simulation program - simulation file transform into TP program and looks like this :1:!FANUC Robotics America ;
2:!ROBOGUIDE Generated This TPP ;
3:!Run SimPRO.cf to setup frame and tool data ;
4:! Pickup ('box') From ('Fixture1') With ('GP: 1 - UT: 1 (Eoat1)') ;

/ENDHow to run simPRO.cf?

maybe you need create your macro TP program HAND_OPEN & HAND_CLOSE and call them in main TP?

Yeah but i must know which I/O i have to simulate and how I have to configure robot.Its possible to call the sim program from tp program... but it's really hard to simulate all possibilities(300-400). It will be great if i can use command like this - "pick closest object"

In Roboguide
When I make a simulation program I am able to select Pick and Drop and the hand opens and closes.
When I make a simple TP program I tried using :
For Openning I use:
RO[1:Open Gripper]=ON
RO[2:Close Gripper]=OFF
For Closing hand I use:
RO[2:Close Gripper]=ON
RO[1:Open Gripper]=OFF
It doesn't work.. What do I need to do in order to make the hand open and close?
