Hello Friends,
I have installed 9 Kawasaki Robots recently.
but I am facing a problem like Robot is travelling more than the programmed joint value.
Please find the details below.
Robot : Zx200S
7th Axis: 4 mtrs
Programmed J5 value: 106 deg
Actual travel value: 115 deg
Its not happening every time. But in a year it happened twice.
Can any body faced this kind of over travel issue in Kawasaki Robots? or
Can any body suggest the Root cause for this issue?
