I have a DX100 quad robot setup communicating to a Allen Bradley processor via Ethernet .This robot is the only piece on this card. The issue is every time all 4 robots move the io light on the processor flashes Indicating a loss of com. This is only for a second. I have my RPI set at 40 ms. I am not seeing the fault indicator come on on the io tree in rs logix 5000.

Your description isn't very informative. If I understand correctly, every time your robots move, communication between robot & PLC drops out.
-> Is it only when all 4 robots move? 3 robots?, 2 robots? 1 robot???
-> What kind of ethernet cables are you using??? Store bought computer style ethernet cables are crap and have hardly no shielding from outside interference. A quad robot controller puts out a lot of current to each motor which could cause interference in the ethernet cables.
-> Check how your cable is routed. Keep it away from servo pack or motor cables.
-> get a good quality ethernet cableRoboGuru

It is all 4 robots and they are premade cables. I will try running a direct cable away from everything. Thanks!

Also, do you have any thing plugged into the 2nd ethernet port on the CPU board to communicate to a laptop, etc...
If so, remove this for now.
