In the machine data, yes, $mames[x]. But you will need to remaster that axis for it to take effect.

wHAT DO YOU MEAN BY REMASTERING?
WE WON'T CHANGE THE PYHSICAL ZERO. IT WILL REMAIN THE SAME. JUST WE MDE OFFLINE PROGRAMMING (ASSUMING THE ZERO ON THE OTHER SIDE). SO WE WILL CHANGE THE ZERO TO OTHER SIDE IN SOFTWARE.

Is your zero point on the track (E1) the wrong end?

If the mastering/zero point of the linear unit does not match between the offline simulation and the physical reality, the offline programs will not operate properly.
