Have you tried reinitializing the robot files?
1. 1. Ensure MRC power is off prior to performing the following.
2. 2. Turn the rotary switch on the MCP10 to 7 and turn on MRC controller power.
3. 3. Select SETUP SYSTEM using the cursor up/down keys and press ENTER
4. 4. Select SYSTEM CONFIGURATION using the cursor up/down keys and press ENTER on the PROGRAMMING PENDANT.
5. 5. Select INITIALIZE using the cursor up/down keys and press ENTER on the PROGRAMMING PENDANT.
6. 6. You will now be ask a number of question pertaining to the configuration of your system answer each by cursoring up/down left/right and pressing ENTER on the PROGRAMMING PENDANT after selecting the appropriate answers.
7. 7. After answering YES to the final “are you sure question”, power down the controller and power back-up
8. 8. Re-load all MRCII Data, system is now ready to run.

Remember! Resetting the controller will also erase any program written on the memory! So, make sure to backup any important files prior to resetting.

Yes I have reinitialized the system already still same errors

Can you turn the servo power on or does it give the alarms on startup?
-
Gives alarms on start up
-
Weird thing is I came in after messing with it for two days with those errors turned it on and the error were not there.... Then I started moving the the robot it was fine for about 15 mins the error popped up again

Just went through the same thing on a ERC K10. Look at the display on the servo packs and see if you are getting an error on them. You can find the manuals on line for the servopacks that list the error codes. We solved the issue by replacing all of the electrolytic capacitors on the servo drives. Thing runs like a Swiss watch now.

Ok just took off all capacitors an checked them they are all good any other suggestions

Gives alarms on start upLooks like the servopack is bad. Do you have a spare one to test?
-
Did you use an ESR meter to check the caps. Ohm meter tells you if they are open or shorted but not leaky.
What is the part numbers on the servos. If they're the same as my ERC I'd be willing to test them for you.
Are you seeing an error on the servopack display? If so what is it?
