Welcome to the robot-forum
Did you check CONFIG on the digital output and the CONFIG on the UOP.
Maybe those DO are assigned to a system output -
thank you, i checked, there is nothing.
-
Maybe it's set in PMC?
-
sometimes, by some reason you have an interconnection with that DO, and when you try to turn it off stays on, and on the other side if it is off and you try to turn it on, stays off, verify the interconnectios, if you don't need it, just erase it, sometimes also with this interconnection the input that enables the output, it is necessary to send it to the PLC, in this case it is controlled by the other device, doesn't matter if is device net, profibus, profinet or any work bus.

thank you all for replay, i checked interconnection, it is not connected to any other one, the only reason i think is set in PMC, if it true, how to view the logic inside the PMC?
thank you again. -
Either you buy the software "Fanuc Ladder III for robots", this is the programming software for the PMC or you can view the logic on the ipendant. I don't know if viewing on the ipendant requires some software option in the robot, but you should be able to find it easily if it exists.
Edit: But you should test if it really is the PMC that sets the output first. Try setting the PMC in stop. Menu I/O->Type PMC->Func Run/Stop PMC.

Might also be a reference position or karel routine.

Oh yeah, check Group I/O assignments.

Are you talking a physical output is stuck on or it is also showing as 'ON' in the teach pendant I/O screens?
