In one of my customer site I faced some different problem.
Customer is having robot with tool changer which does material handling with gripper and Spot welding with servo gun.
Problem is.....
Robot was carrying the gripper and by someone mistake robot went to welding routing and in welding routine all the points are taught with t_Gun tool which is a servo gun.
When robot was running thins routine that time no error came because error would have come like external axis missing or something like this.
Please help me on urgent basis.....
