Hi there I have replaced battery's in arm 4 x d cells unfortunately one was a dud and I will have to remaster. I do have a copy of the factory mastering data $DMR-GRP 1 Master count 1 through to 6. I also have some scribed witness marks on arm I can do a master with these marks or would it be a better idea to enter the original factory numbers possibly they would be a more accurate way to go if so how do I enter these. thank you Trev

I recommend you:
Do a master by marks, and check and correct path with a reference or verify at variables if the original master counts dou have it, are the same at the controller.

If you can pull the SystMast file out of a backup you could easily get going again. This file has to be loaded at controlled start. Last resort for me is doing the lining up axis thing... As long as the motors have not been moved from their original location / gearboxes changed, the original mastering data should be able to be used.
Have fun
