Hello,
the KCP that is connected to the controller does not turn on, but the KCP is OK because another driver has been tested and works properly.

Did you check the computer of controller?? My customer had same problem and when we checked the controller, we understood the computer didn't work.
There are a number of things it could be.
First, check that power is getting to the Computer.
Check that the computer operates
Try plugging in a VGA monitor to the internal video port
Plug in a keyboard and see if the NUM LOCK or CAPS LOCK work
Check that the CD-ROM drive opens and closes from the button
If the computer is getting power, but the KCP remains dark, the problem could be the motherboard, or the KCGA card. Try swapping the KVGA card with another robot which works properly, and see what happens.
