We have a welding project to weld trailer with kuka robot. Two robots are working on the line and robots have twin torch ( two wires per robot ) to fill the blank. Also robots have arc sense and touch sense options.
As i know arcsense calculate the feedback current from welding.
My questions are ;
1- Arcsense is connected with one wire, but there are two wires in the torch. does it affect to feedback current to arcsense?
2- Two robots are working on a part, does it affect to tolerance of arcsense?
When I check the result of tests, It doesn't look like same. sometimes diffusions of weld on the bottom side of trailer, sometimes on the rear side. ( difference is 2-3mm )
