if i read your post correctly, you are trying to add external node (not specified) in addition to internal node consisting of EK1100 and EL6695.
Thank you for the reply. Yes, the external node is a cRIO ECAT S.
Problem solved: i opend up the sunrise cabinet, and i found that both EK1100 and EL6695 are not powered 😅, so i powered them up using an externel 24VDC power supply and run the wires through a terminal (X55).

we are trying to implement an ECAT slave by connecting it to the sunrise cabinet on port X65, (There is EK1100 with EL6695 installed)
we did the necessary configuration on Work Visual (add XML, verifier the topology), But we get an error the smartPAD at startup:
<SYS-X44> Error during ECat stack initialization [NetworkResponse() no Network Response]Any help or suggestion that anyone can provide would be much appreciated.
