Im about to mount a Laser sensor on two of my welding robots. MH50 20 and MA2010. I have the Binzel CAT robot mounts with 600mm long torches. Just looking for ideas on how to mount them. Anyone have any pics of anything similar??

The TCP on my welding torch is all over the show. So im going through the 5 point calibration. Do i have to keep going through this process numerous times putting the robot in different positions to get it closer.

Anybody here use EWM welding machines with yaskawa robots. Just interested to hear how you setup the welding process. At the moment i make a linear path and have arcon arcoff either side. But have the welder settings at the beginning of program.

Have a stack load of jobs and want to start organising into folders. How do i go about this? Can see Folder Change. BUt how does this work. Can i name each folder or do they have to stay Folder 1 and so on??

Trying to do search job but it comes up with this error pic att. I have 7 search points in this job the first one works fine but the next 6 all have this error come up. Any ideas

How do i make the wire feed a few mm before it is cut. I am touchsensing and sometimes after welding the wire aint long enough for the cutter to its job

Anybody use offline programming on here for welding robots? if so what software? how have you found it? we have octopuz but have never been able to properly align the realworld into the software.

Where can i find some detailed info on creating a user frame. Have scrolled numerous manuals with no luck. Even if someone could flick me through the pages they found useful on this. Dx200

Have a dx200 with nx100 controller. How do i go about setting up a user frame for the parts im welding. I want to use a table and be able to move it around as need be with the parts located and fixed to the table.
