If your robot is Yaskawa, you can use Yaskawa software. That is Motosim.
There are many choices - Motosim EG/VRC which is made by Yaskawa, as well as 3rd party software such as Delfoi or Octopuz. Each software has their advantages and disadvantages.
If you are looking for software to be able to program a newer (NX100 or later) Yaskawa robot offline, with importing capability, then Motosim EG/VRC may be the best choice for you. But you will still have to touch up points (minimally) after loading your jobs from the software into the real robot.

Can you explain how is it possible to sync the simulation software and real robot?
You said touch, how it can help to sync both?
You can only sync them by using the online function. Then you can transfer the jobs directly to the controller from Motosim. You need an ethernet cable and the IP address of the robot to do this.
My means isn't send job to c controller, my means is align the job created in Motosim and real robot.
If the job couldn't align, the real robot couldn't move in correct path.

When i spoke to the guys at octopuz, they mentioned that they would come onsite to dial in that realworld/sim match up.
Might be worth reaching out to them to see what they can do.
But i would never trust any sim job to just run 100% no matter how close they say it will be.
Thanks. Am in contact with Octopuz have there software already. Just had issue uploading the realworld into software
I use Delfoi for offline programming. I shopped around and had a sales meeting with Octopuz too since they're local here. Unfortunately Octopuz software is behind Delfoi and the pricing isn't attractive enough to make the switch. It could be because I am used to Delfoi but I did not like Octopuz software, but my recommendation is that it's worth switching to Delfoi.
They have good support too.
You can complete calibration offline by recording Robot points with a TCP tool (8-10 is enough), then uploading this program into the OLP software and perform calibration tasks.
I recently calibrated a new fixture myself without calling in support. There will always be some inaccuracies between the CAD model and the real world fixture, this is where searches will come into play to help guide the robot to the correct location.

OCTOPUZ released a major update in 2021, at this point I would say Delfoi is behind OCTOPUZ. Check out some of the new features here
