Sometimes axis motors under regenerative effect and generate own energy cause of external load or conservation of energy rules. It is absolutely normal and generated energy absorbed by brake resistors. If you see minus value of axis, this mean the axis generate energy itself.
If so,the total energy consumption directly getting webservice is equal to the total energy consumption of all axes only if the energy consumption of the axis is negative?

If I understand you correctly you are saying that the energy consumption of all axes combined is less than what the entire system is consuming. There is energy consumed by the computer, cooling fans teach pendant and more. There is also loss just due to resistance in the wiring.

I have read the temperature in robot with controller version 6.03 ,but the other robot with controller version 6.07 get the error :

Sorry,where is the CJointT() ? I don't find the function. The Getjointdata in Robotware6 can get the arm's torque、speed and location,so I want to getting the data using Robotware5. Are there any other methods?

The ‘‘Elapsed Simulation Time‘’ in run panel means the time real robot running the same program,
and the time in profiler means the time simulating the program,is right?

I use ROBOGUIDE ,is this due to internal software problems?How do I make it accurate?

Just click on the run program and the phone starts ticking , I press the button on my phone at the same time when the code start executed,and when TP display stop I press stop on my phone.The difference should be small between the two results ,but that's a huge error.

Here's the program I wrote
TIMER[1]=reset;
TIMER[1]=start;
.......
TIMER[1]=stop;
R[1]=TIMER[1]
when the program end the TP screen display R[1] = 200 ,
but I timed it on my phone 156 sec from start to finish.There is no other to use R[1] ,why is this?
